What to check
- No powerThe screen is dark and the panel does not respond. Check that the power supply is plugged in and the breaker has not tripped.
- A break or a poor contactThe call comes and goes, the sound crackles. Most often the wire or an oxidised connector is to blame.
- Handset or monitorThe call arrives, but you cannot hear or see the visitor. The unit in the flat is faulty.
- The call buttonThe outdoor panel lives in rain and dust. Over time the button sticks or stops responding.
- The lock does not openYou can talk, but the door will not open. The cause is the lock, its power supply or the release button.
