Questions
Frequently asked questions
What does it take for the report to be honest?
A record on both entry and exit, and a way of passing that is hard to hand to someone else — a face, for example.
What if someone forgets to clock in?
The report will show a gap. The record is corrected by the person responsible; the software usually marks such entries as entered manually.
Will you set the report up for our schedule?
Yes. We set the system up at handover and train staff to use it.
