- Width of the drivewayThe boom length depends on it. The driveway is measured on site.
- How many cars a dayA yard for twenty cars and a shopping centre car park need different barriers: models are built for different opening frequencies.
- How to open itWith a remote control or from a phone. A barrier can also be connected to an access control system.
- Protecting carsPhotocells or a sensor in the road surface stop the boom from coming down while a car is under it. They are not always included in the set — this is checked during selection.
- If the power goes outBarriers usually have a manual release so that the driveway does not stay closed.
